Associate Director - Talent Acquisition (MENA region)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Proven Talent Acquisition experience in Big 4/ Big 10 management consulting firms in the Middle East region.
2. 15 – 18 years of overall experience.
3. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
4. Ability to contribute in the company’s growth strategy and support execution.
5. Qualified MBA / equivalent from a renowned institute.
6. Soft skills: Assertive, articulative, diligent and having the ability to influence the team & stakeholders to derive results.
7. Adequate knowledge & hiring experience across roles such as: Consulting/ Advisory positions in technology, finance, Transactions/ capital projects and within IT, roles in Cybersecurity, IT infrastructure/ networking, etc.
8. Knowledge of Local language or being a local national is NOT NECESSARY.
