Associate Director, Strategic Sourcing

Job Overview

The Strategic Sourcing Associate Director leads a team of Strategic Sourcing Managers and is responsible for all aspects of the commercial, risk mitigation and sourcing strategy for the commodities under his/her leadership.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SCM execution/procurement teams and internal/external customers to align priorities and requirements.
• Develop and execute a one company (RTX, PW, and PWC) commodity strategy in consultation with supply chain counterparts.
• Develop and execute standard products sourcing strategy to limit risk and liability exposure.
• Manage supplier relationships and support proposal/bid, selection, and negotiation processes.
• Lead supplier restructuring, transitions, and supplier transfers as required.
