Job Description

Summary of the role:
Responsible for SHE team overall governance, strategy, budget ownership, SHE risk management;
Responsible for compliance reporting to global SHE
Responsible for SHE incident command for major events
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 
SHE Management:
Oversee the establishment and continuous improvement of AZ China commercial sites & employee’s SHE management system, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
Guide and supervise the daily work of team member, promoting risk management, accident prevention, and emergency response in the campus, office, and field teams.
