**What You Will Do** **:**

The Associate Director of Sales Insights & Analytics will develop and direct sales data analysis functions to deliver reporting and tools. As a senior member of the Growth Team, you will ensure sales data is accurately captured, analyzed, and presented to support strategic decision-making, drive growth, and enhance sales effectiveness. Tasks include:

+ Serve as a strategic partner to Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Practice Leadership to understand business needs and sales reporting & analysis requirements
+ Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on sales performance trends
+ Manage and prepare monthly Board and Senior Leadership reporting package integrating data from CRM, financial systems, and practice-level projections
