• Undertaking residential valuations across Tauranga and surrounding areas with preferred working region flexibility.
• Engaging in valuation ordering system (VOS) instructions, private client mandates and specialised residential sectors such as public works compensation.
• Leveraging industry‑leading software to streamline reporting.
• Collaborating with a high‑performing team of experts across the country.

Qualifications

• Must be an NZ or AUS Registered Residential Valuer.
• Must have experience valuing residential property within New Zealand or Australia.
• Self‑motivated team player with strong research, data‑management, time‑management and communication skills.
• Must be customer‑service orientated.
