Job Description
his role is accountable for allocation of work that arrives into the Service Centre, this includes:
Day-to-day requests e.g. queries around Benefits offerings that cannot be managed by Tier 1 and / or directly through vendor portals / call-centres
Projects e.g. Integration activity, the implementation of a new provider network, Benefits cost profiling
Ongoing activity e.g. vendor management and benchmarking.
This role is the overall owner for Benefits vendor management across the Region. Each Benefits Manager / Retirement Manager / Insurances Manager will have their own vendors to manage however this role holds the SPA for the Region on any contracting changes, holds the relationship with Procurement (where necessary) and ensures that all TPO arrangements / data privacy arrangements etc are in place for each of the vendor within their remit
While the Global Benchmarking Team own the process of benchmarking, this role will use this data to help support their Team ...
