We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Associate Director, Rates Structuring.**

**In this role you will:**

+ Pricing of Rates and Credit derivatives products (including, but not limited to, Structured products, CVA, FVA) and execution when appropriate alongside the relevant trading team
+ Product development (creating and designing new products, customising existing offering to clients and situations)
+ Marketing the credit product suite (client presentations, sales teach-ins and internal marketing)
