**Purpose of the Role**

The Associate Director Product Management B&C is globally responsible for the strategic and operational management of a portfolio of Beauty & Care products, predominantly sourced through third-party suppliers.

The role ensures supply reliability, cost competitiveness, inventory optimization, sustainability, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction while supporting business growth and innovation.

Operating within a highly cross-functional and international environment, the role acts as the key link between Procurement, Supply Chain, Demand Management, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, Marketing and Innovation teams, as well as external suppliers.
