• Jackson, WI FLSA: Exempt Salary: $70,000-$80,000 Benefits: full benefit package Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (flexibility required) Relocation Expenses: None The Associate Director of Finance & Operations will be a strategic thought-partner, and report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).


• This position will have responsibility for all internal financial operations and all financial staff.
• Working with the CEO, the Board of Directors, Director of Programs and key stakeholders, this position will create a strategic financial plan and oversee its implementation that helps the organization meet its mission.
