Opportunity
The Associate Director (AD) is the first line of defense for operational risk and supports Group Risk Management (GRM) business units in identifying and mitigating operational risk. The AD leads the execution of the Operational Risk program in GRM, including risk identification and assessment, enterprise issue management, event data collection, risk appetite and key risk indicators, change management risk assessment, process documentation, conduct and reputation risk management, senior management reporting, and regulatory compliance for conduct and privacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain operational risk policies aligned with enterprise requirements and develop clear procedures that translate standards into actionable guidance for stakeholders.
