Shape academic systems and student enrolment as APSC's Associate Director. This strategic role centers on fostering student success and service excellence.
As part of the APSC Central Student Services unit, you will lead operations that support a diverse body of over 5,500 undergraduate and 400 graduate students. Your focus will be on enhancing academic services through effective leadership and policy development while promoting a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve student experience
• Provide guidance on admissions and enrolment processes
• Oversee academic system implementations and enhancements
• Collaborate on policy development and program alignment
• Coach and develop a high-performing team
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5-6 years of experience
• Strong analytical skills for effective decision-making
