**Responsibilities and Impact**

Team Contribution & Capability Building

+ Coach and mentor junior analysts on complex credit matters, contributing to the analytical development of the broader team.

Core Analytical & Delivery

+ Lead the credit ratings process for assigned financial institutions, from quantitative analysis and issuer engagement to committee presentations and rating publication.
