Associate Director - Debt Capital Markets

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our specialist cross-border Debt Issuer Services team in Hong Kong. This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of complex, high-value Debt Capital Markets (DCM) transactions across Asia and global markets.

Working closely with investment banks, law firms and financial advisors, you will play a key role supporting liability management transactions, complex debt restructurings and operational consultancy across DCM deals. This role offers strong exposure to cross-border transactions, working alongside execution teams in Hong Kong, London and New York.

This position is ideally suited to someone who combines strong client engagement capability with hands-on transaction execution and operational ownership.
