Associate Director, CIMS

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

+ Develops and executes planning and strategy for assigned research program

+ Leads relationship management with internal and external stakeholders including clients and funding agencies

+ Independently seeks and writes grants and project proposals, develops business plans, and identifies new projects to generate funding

+ Leads and manages research projects including scope, budget, resource management, deliverables, and reporting

+ Conducts applied research and performs advanced analysis

+ Plans and presents results in reports, publications, technical white papers, and meetings. Serves as lead author

+ Other duties as assigned
