Associate Director Architect (Future Equity Partner)

An Associate Director Architect is required to join a long established multi-disciplinary practice consisting of Architects, consulting engineers and other supporting consultants.

Conrad Consulting have been retained to source a dynamic and enthusiastic Associate Director or Director level Architect who is looking to progress their career and to take a leading role in spearheading the architectural side of the business. The role carries the potential for advancement to Equity Partner level in the business after a qualifying period.

The successful candidate should have experience in managing a team of architectural staff and a leading role in nurturing existing client relationships and developing new business.

The position offers the very best of modern hybrid flexible working and on the days where your preference is to be office based, the role can be based in either Leeds or our clients HQ in Newark, Nottinghamshire.
