Associate Director –Amazon Marketplace

We are seeking a Asociate Director- Amazon Marketplace  with 10+ years of experience. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across Amazon’s ecosystem and a strong track record of driving growth for brands on the platform.
Role Summary:

Own and scale the Amazon/marketplace practice with responsibility for revenue, client strategy, and delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Drive new sales, cross-sell, and upsell

+ Lead client strategy and performance (revenue, ROAS)

+ Support proposals, pitches, and closures

+ Build and mentor the team; define processes

Must-Have:

+ Strong Amazon/e-commerce experience

+ Proven revenue ownership / sales exposure

+ Leadership and stakeholder management

Success Metrics:

Revenue growth, new wins, client retention
