• £14-£15 per UDA
• Can offer Golden Hello up to £30,000 spread across 3 years. This will be £2 per UDA; for a 5,000 UDA target it would be £10,000 per year, to be paid once the UDA target has been achieved
• 50% split on private and labs, Den plan available
