Position: Associate Dentist

Location: 172 Station Rd, Addlestone KT15 2BD

Shift: Friday - 9am-5pm

UDAs: 1800

Requirements: Unconditional NHS performer number, experience providing general dentistry, available immunisation records and indemnity cover.
