Associate Data Engineer

O&M is growing rapidly and is hiring Associate Data Engineers to support our data solutions team. Will partner with our team of data scientists, data gurus, and product owners to maintain, support & deliver products that will help drive decision making.

• L2 Support: Manage and respond to platform Incidents, service requests and managing ITSM process using ServiceNow following ITIL practices (SLA adherence)
• Monitor and triage Palantir Foundry pipelines and data health checks
• Handle critical incidents with timely resolution and keeping stakeholders informed
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Palantir software implementations
• Ensure compliance with data security
• Maintain runbooks and SOPs for recurring issues
• Creating & maintaining data pipelines using Pipeline Builder and Code Repositories
