Associate Customer Order Desk

Scope of Position

Support COD/MSSR (Material Services Support Representative) in all issues related to the management of repairs/spares orders from creation until the material is received in the warehouse and delivered to the customer. Meet customer requirements and expectations in the materials domain and ensure the fulfillment of contractual requirements of ADS (Airbus Defense and Space). Serve as liaison between ADS & RMAF (Royal Malaysian Air Force) and anticipate any potential emergency related to material. Monitor inbound and outbound repair/spares shipment flows for ADS.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet customer requirements and expectations related to the materials domain and ensure the fulfillment of contractual requirements of ADS.
