Job Description
Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound leads and qualify them based on business profile and funding requirement
- Understand basic financial details (turnover, banking, loan requirement, etc.)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the founder
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client data
- Follow up with clients for documentation and required information
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for application status and processing updates
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of cases
- Support in maintaining a structured pipeline of active cases
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, banking, NBFC, or financial services
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of business loans / working capital (preferred)
