Associate – Corporate M&A

Key Responsibilities:

-Integral role in a variety of corporate transactions across many different industry sectors, predominantly focused on mergers and acquisitions

-Create new and maintain existing client relationships

-Assist with Business Development

-Develop the capabilities of junior team members

-Develop thought leadership and raise the external profile of the firm

Qualifications:

-Excellent academics, including a degree and master’s degree

-Significant experience in advising on corporate transactions

Strong experience with working with international clients in the corporate sector

-Excellent legal drafting skills and legal research ability

-Bilingual in Arabic and English
