Associate Corporate Counsel

A Day in Your Life at MKS: We are seeking a pragmatic Associate Corporate Counsel. You will advise on drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements with vendors. You will serve as a trusted legal advisor to Supply Chain, Information Technology and other functions and business units, helping manage risk while enabling business objectives. You will report to Senior Corporate Counsel.


While this is a remote role - this person must be within 2 hours driving distance from our offices in one of these locations (eastern and central time zones):
+ Andover, MA (preferred)
+ Rochester, NY
+ Rock Hill, SC
+ Broomfield, CO


You Will Make an Impact By:
+ Partner closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Technology, and business units to support global sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics
