ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provisioning: Allocate storage volumes, shares, and LUNs to servers.Monitoring: Track storage capacity, alerts, and system health daily.Zoning: Perform standard SAN zoning operations for new server attachments.Troubleshooting: Resolve standard performance bottlenecks and connectivity issues.Ticketing: Handle routine storage access requests within defined SLAs. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Degree: Bachelor’s degree.Certification: NetApp Associate (NCTA) or Dell EMC Associate (DECA).ITIL v4 Foundation CertifiedCandidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply PREFERRED SKILLS:
