Description  
The Cobol developer is accountable for the application changes within projects and
for the application maintenance within the incident management processes (L3 support). 
The Cobol developer will work with the relevant application stakeholders (business & IT) and ensure that changes, risks, issues and compliance gaps are effectively identified and managed in line with DB IT risk, compliance policies, the application road map and the defined business requirements. 
This role expects the candidate to have experience in Cobol development,
testing (processing unit & system tests as well as supporting the test management with
E2E tests), discussing the requirements and implementation results with the stakeholders as well as documenting the results.
