Associate Characterization Engineer

Responsibilities:- Support the characterization team in the development and maintenance of software automation tools in Python.
- To gain experience and familiarity with bench-top test equipment for the characterization of SIP products.
- Definition, integration and implementation of product specific optical / electrical characterization test cells - incorporating test equipment, PCB hardware, software and fixturing where appropriate.
- Perform Characterization testing using high-speed lab test equipment (BERT, DCA, PNA/LCA, network analyzer, real-time oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.)- Perform statistical data analysis using statistical tools (JMP, Python, Excel) to generate data charts and statistical graphics.
- Support on the execution of product characterization to schedule through strong prioritization of tasks and managing competing deadlines.
