Role Purpose:

Investment Banking Associates are mid-level executives at HC-IBD working closely with and reporting directly to their direct supervisors. Associates will be involved in every aspect of the transaction, as decided by his/her VP, and will be working on a variety of products and industries. Associates work on the transaction typically start with understanding the nuances of clients’ needs, exploring ideas, conducting analyses, developing strategy and offering advice and counsel at every step of the execution. Associates are mainly responsible for the day-to-day execution of assignments. The Associates primary role within a transaction is to ensure a perfect understanding and execution of the deal.
