Devsinc is hiring a results‑driven Associate Business Developer to support Business Development in Staff Augmentation and Lead Generation, with at least 1 year of experience in IT staffing.
The role involves LinkedIn outreach, email‑based lead generation, bidding, proposal writing, and pipeline management to expand the company's presence in global markets.
You will collaborate with Sales, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to convert qualified leads into long‑term staffing partnerships and meet monthly targets.
Responsibilities
- Execute LinkedIn Outreach (Sales Navigator) and cold email campaigns for lead generation, follow‑ups, and meeting booking.
- Run multi‑touch outreach sequences using tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, Mailshake, Instantly, etc.
- Apply on relevant job portals to generate qualified IT staffing opportunities.
