Job Title: Associate Brand Manager
Location: Neptune City, NJ
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00
Hours: 8 AM- 5 PM M-F

Responsibilities


+ Responsible for driving the day-to-day management and growth of the brand(s).

+ This role is accountable for driving the brand strategy execution, marketing plan development, and cross-functional coordination to deliver strong business performance and brand health.

+ This is a critical role to set the course for the cross-functional team, leading with a collaborative, inspiring vision and making data-based decisions along the journey.

+ Support execution of marketing initiatives online and in-store in partnership with internal eCommerce, Sales, and Creative teams.

+ Partner with Creative and Media teams to develop brand-right messaging and assets.

+ Ensure consistent brand voice, visuals, and claims across all consumer touchpoints.
