This firm has been deliberate about how they grow — structured onboarding, clear protocols, and a senior attorney who actually shows up to develop the people around them.

The Work -

You will carry a caseload of injury matters and see each one through from first contact to resolution. You will communicate with clients directly, stay on top of deadlines and documentation, and lean into the firm's established processes while you find your footing.
