Associate Attorney - Foreclosure - Illinois

Kluever Law Group is a boutique Chicago law firm and is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Foreclosure Department on our Illinois team. Strong candidates have 2-5 years of Illinois Mortgage Foreclosure and/or creditors' rights experience to join our growing team. We are looking for energetic, independent thinkers that will be comfortable working within a case management system centric atmosphere. This role manages a high-volume caseload of default matters, providing legal representation in foreclosure, title, and real estate litigation, with working knowledge of bankruptcy and compliance.

The position is primarily remote, with a monthly in-office meeting (subject to change as courts resume in-person hearings and business demands).
