Associate Attorney

The Dallas office of Thompson Coe, LLP seeks an attorney with 2 to 7 years' experience in civil litigation to join the Casualty section of the firm. Candidates should have a working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure, excellent advocacy and writing skills, and an ability to effectively manage deadlines on a docket of cases. Litigation experience is preferred and previous experience with billing and client and insurance carrier reporting is strongly preferred. Valid Texas BAR license required.

The associate in this position will defend a variety of casualty cases, including wrongful death and survival actions, products liability, premises liability, dramshop, trucking and transportation, construction litigation, and other matters involving catastrophic personal injuries and/or property damage.
