A growing engineering consultancy is continuing to expand its water and wastewater capability and is now seeking an Associate / Associate Director Civil Engineer to join their newly acquired, Coventry-based office. With a strong regional presence and secured workloads across the West Midlands, the business is investing in senior leadership to establish and grow a new water engineering team within an already well‑established office.

This is a senior leadership role offering a blend of technical delivery, team leadership and client‑facing responsibility. The position would suit a Principal Engineer stepping up to Associate, or an Associate ready to move to Associate Director, who is motivated by the opportunity to shape a team and influence regional delivery.
