- Must have the experience and skill to independently manage a broad range of matters, reporting to Expert Counsel.
- On the LATAM commercial operations side, the role will provide lead support for corporate governance, commercial contracts (drafting and analysis), regulatory matters (notably marketing and advertising), as well as transactions (procurement, logistics, real estate), in Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Peru.
