Assitant Chief Operating Officer - Food Manufacturing(OEM)

Responsibilities

Support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in overseeing daily manufacturing operations across multiple facilities.

Manage and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company goals.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, quality assurance, and other departments to streamline workflows.

Lead efforts for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and process innovation.
