Job Description

• Systematic problem solving and optimization of all technical injection molding tasks (individual, machine, method, environment, material) including the sustainable implementation of corrective measures in the case of repetitive errors to ensure seamless production operation.
• Independent optimization of injection molding processes using methods (GMS)
• Independent improvement of work processes and organization
• Conducting workshops according to specifications
• Qualification of new tools, SGM incl. handling and peripherals
• Independent documentation of all changes
• Conducting samplings of new start-ups after change
• Processing of suggestions for improvement
• Independent cooperation with internal departments (e.g. TS, Quality, TCC/SEC, Assembly, PCU)
• Participation in FMEA's
• Contribute to SGM, too...
