We are looking for an Assistant Spa Manager passionate about luxury and wellbeing.
The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Director of Wellness & Leisure in overseeing daily Spa operations and ensures the delivery of an exceptional wellness experience, fully aligned with Mandarin Oriental’s luxury service standards.
The Assistant Spa Manager will be responsible for:
Support the Director of Wellness & Leisure in the day-to-day management of Spa operations
Supervise the Spa team in the absence of the Director of Wellness & Leisure
Ensure a warm, personalised and professional guest experience
Assist with staff scheduling, reservations management and revenue optimisation
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety and service quality
Support training, coaching and engagement of the Spa team
