Working closely with the General Manager, you will help deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring the successful achievement of operational, commercial, and business objectives. You will be passionate about the live entertainment industry, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and lead by example to inspire high-performing teams and maintain the highest standards across all areas of the venue.
