The Organizational Leadership Program within the School of Leadership and Professional Studies at Western Kentucky University is pleased to announce we are accepting applications for a full-time, nine-month, tenure-eligible faculty appointment at the rank of assistant professor or associate professor, This appointment will be effective Fall 2026.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach a combination of undergraduate and graduate courses in the program, conduct and publish research in the discipline, work with and advise students, audit and support professional development for part-time and adjunct faculty, and present at professional conferences in areas supporting the program mission, vision and values as well as recruitment and retention efforts.
