The School of Nursing, within the Hairston College of Health and Human Sciences at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, is seeking an assistant/associate professor whose teaching and scholarly research agenda is focused on Nursing Leadership. The primary purpose of this role is to provide student-centered teaching and clinical instruction of undergraduate and graduate-level courses. Faculty in this role will provide student advising, student mentoring and recruitment, curriculum development, and engagement in program assessment accreditation-related procedures. The ideal candidate will be expected to: (i) establish and sustain a strong externally-funded research program in their field of expertise; (ii) produce an excellent record of scholarly publications; (iii) incorporate modern pedagogical skills in teaching nursing courses to undergraduate and graduate courses; (iv) teach courses in community health and other non-clinical courses in nursing,...
