Assistant Zonal Manager

Experience Required

• Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance sales
• Minimum 3 years of experience in team handling and sales leadership roles
• Experience in managing multiple branches, territories, or distribution channels preferred
• Strong understanding of the General Insurance market
• Proficiency in Kannada (spoken) is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Zonal Manager in driving business growth and achieving zonal sales targets
• Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers, Territory Managers, and sales teams
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of business objectives across assigned territories
