Assistant Women’s Track and Field Coach (Jumps)

Description of Key Responsibility:

+ Assist in development, recruitment, and support of a highly competitive women’s track and field program, consistent with the student-athlete philosophy of Division III , which generates College and community enthusiasm and support.

+ Primary coach the horizontal jumps, organize standard practices, and develop individual athletes in those events.

+ Design and implement event specific programs in‐season, off‐season, and pre‐season for all event areas in a manner that reflects research‐driven practices. Supervision of student athletes. Work in conjunction with other coaches to develop event-specific training plans.

+ Work in cooperation with the sports medicine or athletic training staff in the rehabilitation and strengthening of injured athletes.
