Assistant Vice President - Data Management & Governance

The role oversees how data and AI initiatives are governed across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain data and AI governance, and data management artefacts (e.g. framework, policies, standards and guidelines) to ensure relevancy and up to date to meet the organization’s strategic objectives and business needs, as well as be aligned to regulatory requirements.
• Support the department’s communication strategy, programs and initiatives to raise the overall data literacy, data control and data management obligations across the Group to enable intelligent workforce.
• Refine and operationalize the various aspects of data & AI governance to effect proper ownership and accountabilities across the Group.
• Steer the BU to achieve their goals in a compliance, effective and efficient manner using data and technology.
