Job Description

To further strengthen and stabilize the JBAP AST team, thenew role is to assist Department Head & Team Lead in:
- Maintaining high-quality account services with strongproductivity standards.
- Enhancing KYC processes and workflows for greaterefficiency.
- Providing training and guidance to AST teammembers.
- Participating in projects related to KYC matters where required
- Preparing reports and materials for team anddepartment meetings.

I. Key responsibilities:


  • KYC Review, KYC Update and new onboarding: conduct periodic/target KYC reviews for existing customers and onboarding new customers in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.

  • Address related KYC queries raised by Relationship Manager during KYC review, KYC update & new onboarding.

  • Assist Department Head & Team Lead in:
