Accountability for ensuring efficient patient flow within the ward or unit by delegating tasks, supervising staff, and collaborating with healthcare providers to provide high‑quality care and ensure smooth operation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Enforce high standards of care that are delivered safely, effectively, efficiently, and compassionately, while also organizing, directing, and coordinating with other facilities’ services.
2. Establish clear directions for the nursing team to ensure evidence‑based practice.
3. Collaborate with the nursing team, consultants, doctors, and other personnel to oversee patient care delivery for optimal client satisfaction.
4. Execute the nursing rounds on all patients in the unit to ensure patient‑focused holistic cares are given and to ascertain additional needs.
