Assistant to Facilities Manager

Holy Trinity Catholic Church, a 230+-year-old Jesuit parish and school in Georgetown, Washington, DC, seeks an energetic, experienced person to assist our facility director in maintaining and managing our urban campus. Holy Trinity facilities office manages an operating budget of over $1.6 million dollars and engages contractors to perform work from a capital reserve budget of over $2.5 million.

The Assistant will perform a range of maintenance and administrative duties, including directing custodial staff and contractors, tracking and processing invoices, and dealing with a range of contractors. Holy Trinity’s facilities operations are cutting edge with several energy saving initiatives and best practices coming on line. This position will have opportunities to learn and innovate
