Key Responsibilities
New Product Introduction (NPI): Act as the primary liaison between the test engineering department and the product project team to support the introduction of new notebook and desktop products into the factory. Test Program Support: Assist in the verification, debugging, and release of test programs developed by test engineers. Contribute to the development of test sequences and procedures. Training & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive test procedures and provide technical training to production technicians and support staff. Trial Production Monitoring: Track and support trial production runs, identify and analyze cross-functional issues, and collaborate with R&D and factory teams to drive root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
