Nature of Work:
Stores/Shipping/Receiving Technicians responsible for receiving, safe storage and issuance of all items from/to supplier or customers including conduct of physical count and monitoring of production material status. Should be capable of multiple warehouse operations tasks, can do ERP system bookings and cycle count.
Level of Work:
Ensure proper implementation of good warehousing procedures in recording, storage, and inventory control.
Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and controlled.
Receive finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials deliveries and checks conformance to specifications regarding physical attributes.
Perform inventory count, maintains control and accounts for all stock on hand. Management of excess stock physically and on the ERP system in line with accounts procedures, maintaining ERP stock accuracy.
