Job Purpose

• Support the systems administrator / technology manager in the configuration, implementation, maintenance and management of a robust and reliable technology infrastructure that underpins the operations of the bank and its branches

• This applies to all hardware and software systems required by the bank

• This strategies role will also involve the prompt diagnoses and resolution of any problems as they arise whilst exhibiting patience and effective communication skills when dealing with management, team members and users

• The goal will be to execute the technology needs of the bank are met with minimal disruption
