POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
The Assistant Swimming Coach supports the Saint Joseph’s College Monks Swimming program by assisting in all aspects of training, athlete development, recruitment, and program growth
This position plays a critical role in building a competitive GNAC and NCAA Division III program grounded in discipline, accountability, academic excellence, and championship performance
This is a part-time, stipend paid position

Assists with Leadership and Team Management by:
